* The fee includes Conference Registration material, 6 Tea/Coffee & snacks, Lunch for 4 conference days, Welcome reception dinner and Conference dinner. Please note that Registration fees does not cover any other charges such as those incurred towards travel, accommodation etc.

Cancellations and Refunds :

1) Should you decide to cancel the registration, the conference organizers must be notified in writing by e-mail at icsb2024@iitb.ac.in. No other mode of communication of the cancellation request will be honoured. Registration fees reimbursement, if any will be as per the following table:

2) Please note that as per the prevailing policies of IIT Bombay, registration fee reimbursement (estimated as per the table above) will be only via bank transfer.
